We deal with a wide range of garden schemes ranging from contemporary to classic, from country estate to city rooftop. Our designs are characterised by a simplicity and style embracing traditional values with new technology and original ideas.

Our clients are primarily within the private market. However, one recent project involved designing a community garden and play park, near Liverpool. It has something for everyone – children, disabled, active, plants enthusiasts - planned with discrete areas that lead one into another.

DAVID ANDERSEN BA (HONS) Landscape Design

I leapt at the chance to work in theatre, film and television design towards the end of studying for a Fine Arts degree in Cape Town. I had a great time for over ten years in Cape Town and London, working for people like David Lean and Stanley Kubrick.

My concern for the environment and love of growing things led me to change direction, and in 1993 I completed my degree in Landscape Architecture at Manchester Metropolitan University.

I enjoy creating an underlying harmonious stability in tune with the changing rhythms of light, weather and seasons and I really love finding plants whose colour, aroma and architecture will enhance the environment and thrive as they grow to maturity. Most of all, having worked so closely with a client to find out their likes and routines, it is so fulfilling to see their satisfaction as they discover their very own new world that is even better than they had imagined.
